Global Green USA has developed this initiative to stimulate investment in our inner-city schools and affordable housing by providing incentives for carbon finance and green energy investment. Urban and minority communities are at greatest risk from the impacts of climate change and can benefit most from the economic and health benefits that carbon pollution offsets can create.
